Privacy policy
Axiom (axiomtemplates.com) sells professional document templates. This page explains what personal data this site handles, why, and what your rights are. The short version: the only personal data we collect here is your email address, and only if you choose to give it to us.
Who we are
Axiom is a UK-based business. You can reach us about anything on this page at [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Your email address, if you submit one of the subscribe forms on this site. We use it to send you the free template you requested and occasional emails about new templates and guides. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time: every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and has no accounts or logins. Our hosting and content delivery providers (GitHub Pages and Cloudflare) process visitor IP addresses transiently as part of serving any website; we do not access or store them.
Who processes your email
Subscriber emails are stored and sent through Kit (formerly ConvertKit; Kit, LLC, USA), our email service provider, acting as our processor. Transfers to Kit in the United States are safeguarded under Kit's data processing agreement, which incorporates the applicable standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your email with anyone else.
Purchases
Purchases of Axiom templates happen on Etsy or Payhip, not on this site. Those platforms are independent controllers of the data you give them at checkout and have their own privacy policies. We never see your payment details.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date above.
